Efatha Church, formerly known as Efatha Ministry, with an apostolic and prophetic foundation, was established in 1996 and legally registered as a ministry here in Tanzania in 1997. In 2021, it obtained church registration.

The teachings provided during Efatha worship services are apostolic and prophetic, accompanied by the manifestation of God’s power in saving, delivering, healing, and setting free those bound by the forces of darkness. Initially, the ministry did not have its
